So I pre-ordered the expansion, and my account says I will get the digital content when the expansion officially launches, and that I also have early access. However, under where it says if you own the game and expansion, mine is marked as not having it with the O under the sections. Either it means I don't own it, or I can't use it until it launches in a few days, despite it being flagged as early access.
Help please!

Have you actually tried just logging in? You dont own it yet, because you dont have the registration code yet.

Just Chimming in here. My Mog Station Window looks just like the OP's. Account Type says HeavensWard Early Access but below that i have no license for heavens ward.
What i haver done so far:
I Got my pre-order bonus code and input that to get the Early access Registration Code. Went to the Mog Station and input the Registration code for HeavensWard. Lisence would not show. Tried to play and could not progress after "Before the Dawn" quest into heavensward, though i could accpet the new warrior "Job" Quest and gain Exp.
I called Square Enix Support and they referred me to Cleber's solution http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...Problem-solved unfortunately that did not work.
So now ive tried calling them back but it seems their network has exploded as i am now only getting 3 beeps and hung up on. 3 beeps means the network is overloaded. -

I had this problem. Here's my issue (and I think, fix).
I originally entered the pre-order code way back when, and it gave me another code that I wrote down in a text file. I totally forgot about that file. But (on pc at least) you're given a second code after entering the first. I was able to find it again hanging out on a .txt file I'd sent to my recycle bin. But /that's/ the code you have to enter in mog station. It's really pretty horrible design and implementation on SE's part... but if you can track that code down and enter it in mog station, you should be able to get your early access.
