I preordered the digital CE from the squenix store.
I tried to enter thr 18 digit code on the Heavensward page. I was told it was invalid.
I tried again after checking all the steps necessary. Now it tells me the code has been used.
Tried E-mail help, no response yet.
Lost the customer support phone number.
Anyone have the number or any ideas?

Hello i got the same problem because i bought the game on STEAM , so if you've the steam version and you try to put the code from the SE STORE , the code doesnt gonna work no matter what.
I just had to buy the game again but via steam and worked.
