pre order bonus code...

This is most likely the wrong place to post this but~~~~~
The preorder bonus code i recieved from the SE store was invalid. I gave my order number and stated it was for the physical PS4 collectors edition. The e-mail response i was given was to cancel my preorder and go through steam (which i have never used since i dont have a pc) and order from there... all i want is a working bonus code so i can maybe play early access or at the very least get the in-game items.
If any devs or mods could help it would be greatly appriciated.

You asked for support from SE and they told you to order off Steam even though you mentioned PS4? I don't know, doesn't sound like something they'd suggest. Or maybe I'm not familiar with SE support.

Steam isnt related to the ps4 versions' codes..

Did you select the right platform when you tried to input your code? I believe its set to windows by default, but you need to select the platform you play on (ps3, ps4, windows)
It sounds like something went wrong with your pre-order of the game.

did you try the code in the mog station? The email code i got of SE was the same, it doesn't work on the heavens ward redeem code website. But under your account details in the mog station there is a new link to redeem heavens ward pre-order code.

I bought both my PS4 copy and PC copy from the Square Enix store as well. When I first try to redeem the PC bonus code, it said it was invalid. After redeeming my PS4, I tried it again... and it worked. Not sure why, but it did. So I'm not sure what to say, maybe manually type it out instead of copy/paste?

I'm not sure if this is the same in the English registration process, but I was getting an "Invalid code" error at first because I was trying to enter the registration code into the Heavensward registration page -- when in fact it need to be entered into the Early Access registration page (they are separate pages on the Japanese Mog Station).

After selecting my service account, there is a big button to register Heavensward, but this is NOT the right button. The Early Access registration button is a smaller button below that, lined up with other options such as hiring more retainers.
