My Account suddenly became Steam Bound
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thing is I have never purchased my ARR client from Steam as it isn't available for my country so I purchased mine via Offgamers many months ago, whereas my game time is purchased separately from an online trader I know. All was fine for months until just recently when checking my Mogstation account, it says that my Standard Edition ARR is from Steam.
Here's the issue: now I've bought an Early Access code + Heavensward from the online trader I know, and whenever I try to key in the code in mogstation (Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code: Early Access Code), it tells me that the code I'm trying to input is invalid. I have reason to suspect that this is what's preventing me from keying in the code.
I've sent a ticket to support, and am waiting for Live chat support to start their work day to assist me on getting this issue sorted out. I just find it annoying that it turned out like this.
P.S. My account is registered as an EU account. Also, this is a screenshot of how it shows my ARR is Steam bound.
