Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thing is I have never purchased my ARR client from Steam as it isn't available for my country so I purchased mine via Offgamers many months ago, whereas my game time is purchased separately from an online trader I know. All was fine for months until just recently when checking my Mogstation account, it says that my Standard Edition ARR is from Steam.
Here's the issue: now I've bought an Early Access code + Heavensward from the online trader I know, and whenever I try to key in the code in mogstation (Enter Pre-Order Bonus Code: Early Access Code), it tells me that the code I'm trying to input is invalid. I have reason to suspect that this is what's preventing me from keying in the code.
I've sent a ticket to support, and am waiting for Live chat support to start their work day to assist me on getting this issue sorted out. I just find it annoying that it turned out like this.
P.S. My account is registered as an EU account. Also, this is a screenshot of how it shows my ARR is Steam bound.

this update on mog station where it states your account type came today,so your account was a steam way way before today but mog station didnt state your account type , but with this update it now will show you that
i had the same issue . bought a window digital download and when tried to add it to my account it says (invalid) code .the support said i should enter a steam early access code it means i have to go all the way to steam store and buy ARR standard version then heavensward standard version preorder .it resolved my issue (it say now :FFXIV: Heavensward - Early Access Windows(R) in account type bar.probably the one you bought from offgamers is a steam coded version -

Thanks for the reply, however as stated on my first post, ARR and Heavensward are not available in my country/region's Steam options so I'm not really sure on how I could go on about that :/

I bought a pre-order early access code from Green Man Gaming at 20% off and the code I have says it's invalid when I try to enter it in the mog station, and I was told in my thread here:Quote:

That I have to buy Heavenward through Steam in order to get early access. Very frustrating as I'm not sure Green Man Gaming is going to give me my money back, but I have a ticket out there in hopes for that. I now have paid full freaking price for Heavensward through Steam. But Steam's email did not give me an early access code. How did you get yours to resolve after buying it from Steam? How did you get your code? If I have to install the game through Steam in order for it to work I might just quit playing. . .this is way too much of a hassle and I've spent over 100 freaking dollars.

If you know someone from North America or Europe ask them if their versions are region locked , to see if it is, just put heavensward on cart in Steam and choose purchase as a gift, after that if there is any region lock it will say the countries that retrieving the gift is allowed. People say the USA version is unlocked, i can't confirm that but give it a try.
