EU Digital CE - Email about billing received.

Hello,
I just wanted to notify you people who are insecure about not getting any emails, that I have just received email stating that I am being billed in 2 days.

I have bought Heavensward via EU SquareEnix store. Check your emails. :)

Yeah, apparently only the EU players got the mail. I've talked to my friends which are NA players (including myself) and we didn't receive it yet.

Same, US here CE and not a peep from SE aside from something about twitter and chocobo races.

From previous market stuff it seems that NA and EU people get the notices on different days.

Also bought digital CE via EU SE store. This morning I've received the email that I've been billed.
Really relieved about this.

Two days ago I got an e-mail saying I will be billed. Now it says I could not be billed ...

I used PayPal, I have enough money on both my bank account linked to PayPal and on my PayPal account itself. What the hell is the problem ....

Wow... I hope this won't happen to me.. sorry to hear that. I wouldn't try email support, they would answer in 1 month. Try chat support or call them asap.

Not necessarily. I've also had a problem with my payment method. I opened a support ticket via e-mail support last sunday and the issue was cleared today.

If you've bought Heavensward at the EU SE online store, try the e-mail support. Just be detailed enough in explaining your problem.
