Surecast Enhancements, Please!
I'd love to see Surecast allow moving-while-casting.
It would still expire when one spell was cast, but you'd have the option of moving while casting that spell.
Also, for it to merely suspend your cast in the case of paralysis, resuming when each tick of paralysis ends)... to be true to its name.
Balance-arguments aside, it'd just be dang fun, so let us have it!
It's not like it has 100% up-time, it'd be a neat little tool & entertaining for both PVE & PVP purposes.
If SE felt it necessary, they could slightly rebalance it (cool-down, use-window, etc.) but I don't think anything drastic would be needed.

Swiftcast is on a much longer CD, would be less usable than the suggested.
Although I see Surecast's usefulness & merit, I feel it would benefit from this little extra pizzazz.
It would be much more fun & interesting to permit Surecast to do so.
Ultimately, my thinking is, "why not?" It's far more excited to allow for it, why restrict it so just because 'oh, well Swiftcast can do that already'?
