Stuck while summoning a retainer

Description: Tried summoning a Retainer in Uldars Lower Tailors Ward. NPC never appears and im frozen in place waiting for the retainer to appear.
Can't use the menu option, but can use the chat system / move camera.

Steps:
1. Entered Uldars Lower Tailors Ward.
2. Selected to summon retainer Cait.
3. Retainer does not appear.
4. Now frozen waiting retainer to appear.
5. Only Alt/Tab can get me out of the game.
