So, I've seen in a lot of macros, people have the block letter, HQ symbol, and a few other things, but despite asking people how to make those, I don't know how, as it seems block letters are a mystery to everyone.

I think you need someone to Type them for you and you can copy them from your chat box.
I'm not sure if you can copy & paste on PS4. If you can, I can create a character to send them for you (if world is not full & you're online). -

Hold down L1 + R3 (right joystick). This turns on the mouse mode. One of the joysticks moves the cursor around (I think R3). Holding down (either L1 or L2, can't remember which) lets you highlight text, but only from the chat box.
Unfortunately, you can't highlight/copy text from other peoples search info or adventures plates.
(I could be mistaken about some of the buttons)
