Did they say what the 4/14 matainence was for?

Did they say what the 4/14 maintenance is for? Could it be this is the maintenance that adds echo/nerfs to final coil? Since in the past SE always waits 2 weeks after unlocking coil to add echo and nerfs, and 4/14 is 2 weeks after final coil was unlocked.

Probably because the servers have been acting up really bad. Like hugeee server lag spikes and sometimes so bad you can't even do content.

Doesn't appear to be any patch to the game (others would say to accompany updates/hotfixes), though as you pointed out usually echo is added 2 weeks after lockout removal, so it wouldn't surprise me.

Also could be some stuff they are doing to get ready for heavensward.. Maybe SE is going to do launch right this time around :D

With server and network issues, yeah, but i have to say, in terms of actual bugs in the game itself, it was pretty clean, I only ran across one quest in Coerthas that didn't work, and they had a few issues early on in the raids i think, but other than that, for an MMO, the number of actual bugfixes is surprisingly low.

Sounded like pure baseline system maintenance, nothing noteworthy.

Yesterday, the whole server was lagging while we were running WoD and T13. I guess they're simply fixing that and restarting the network.

-shrug-

There were a bunch of people saying echo/true DF FCoB was coming next week. Dunno if there's an truth to it, but I guess we'll see come Tuesday.
