Heavensward is coming, lots of players excited. New environments, new classes, new FATES? No please, stale and grindy and not exciting. Suggesting a change to or discontinuation of FATES.
Use dungeons to your advantage SE. They are beautifully designed, but why? Put special nodes inside. A stealth game for DoL's. Avoid patrols and snatch up what they can and get out. Triple the exp and rewards for Leves and make them send us into scaled dungeons, alone or with friends. Hunt one or many specific enemies. Get a certain item from a dungeon. Introduce FC leves and quests. Escort a member or two into the dungeon for research or gathering or anything to break up the hyper rigid formulated monotony that is this games current dungeon flavor.
Give glam rewards for FATES. No one really wants to do them, they're boring. Don't put boring in your game when you don't have to. There is so much potential in this game's world being squandered right now. Be creative SE. That's your job, isn't it?
