Not talking about job guilds but a guild with people doing stuff together. . .You could call them clans as well.

In general I recommend to find a FC while you level up that helps you with gearing and answers questions. Social FCs are usually up for that :)
Use your server Forum and/or /shout ingame to find a home. You can anytime leave FCs/linkshells so dont worry if you notice you dont feel comfy :D
