Create a Boss (doesn't have to fit with the lore or anything)

The setting is a rectangular cryptic-like type of lair comprising light gray stone walls with weeds growing throughout it. Each side wall has four cells with an iron door holding a single stone block type of mob in each one. The boss is a big snake type of enemy sticking part way out of the back wall.

The stone block mobs ignore enmity list and hold hate on whoever it targets first. The more adds active, the weaker each one is. If two is attacking you, you get a debuff that adds a strong dot. The debuff is stacked depending on how many adds are targeting you.

Lite party, and the damage is scaled to where it is possible to complete, but very strict with tp and mp management

PHASE ONE:
*The boss throws aoe's in any spot where he will randomly attack with a good hit.
*He will also cast for a move to swipe his long body across his half of the room that everyone should try avoid (it will be an orange colored aoe)

PHASE TWO:
*He will extend his body farther out to where he cant reach the entire dungeon
*The boss will call something out, followed by a period of time, then he will swipe the entire room; closest to him will be red, middle will be orange, back is yellow. Once he calls something out, each party member has to run, unlock a cell door, grab a mob, and run to the back of the room where the floor will turn yellow while positioning the mob in between yourself and the boss. This will be a very big hit so the healer has to prioritize who to heal first. Once the attack hits, the mobs will freeze in place and just act as a wall to block future hits.
* The boss will continue to use this move, only you have to just run to the frozen mobs, you don't have to pick up another.
* The boss will do more and faster aoe's
* He will add a poison to random people

Tips for phase two:
*You can choose not to grab an add and just run behind another party members add, but each add will do more damage. And this fight will consume a lot of the healers mp with all of the dots, unavoidable damage, etc.
*If a party member dies while the adds are active, everyone needs to kill his add as whoever it targets next will receive the debuff and cost the healer to much mana. The healer should wait to respawn the dead party member until after the move is finished and people are healed. Someone should pick up a new add right before the boss uses his full room aoe again so there are four frozen stone mobs to absorb the attacks damage instead of 3 (it should be right before the boss' move because it will do alot of damage being only 1 active one).

PHASE 3:
*The boss shouts another message and the middle and back part of the room is an area you can't stand in. The walls have a trap in them to cause spears to fly across that portion of the room, which will kill you fast. Everyone has to stay pretty close to the boss.
*He does his usual aoe's and some random poisons on people
*he lets out bees that the tank should pick up and dps should kill quickly.
*He will let out a final shout for another full room aoe, the spears will stop, and everyone needs to run behind the frozen adds from phase two. But, the cast time is so quick everyone needs to use their remaining tp to use sprint to make it there in time, or instant death. The animations for the move will last a good few seconds to regain a little bit of everyone's tp.
*Finish off the boss while being tp efficient.
