Steps:
I have been unable to queue for Duty Roulette: Trials via the Duty Finder. The option is unavailable to me. The reason given by Duty Finder follows:

"Following requirements not met:
Completion of the Following;
???
A Relic Reborn: the Hydra"

I have completed all the trials (including the Hildebrand ones) up to and including Titan, Garuda and Ifrit Extreme. I currently am working on the Zeta upgrade to my Zodiac Weapon - which I could not have gotten without completing the Trials.

Did you complete the Relic duties before the duty finder was added? If so; you need to do them again.

I have no idea. I was away for the game for a time. I completed them all for sure, and I really don't feel like I should have to go back and do them again - especially since I did them all over a year ago.

If this was the case, I am sure customer support would have answered me. However, they specifically sent me a message to file a bug report on it.

You have to redo them again....Chimera and Hydra... if you completed your relic before they were added to to DF. Customer service does not help with stuff like that... the gamers here occasionally give great advice...

Have you completed all the current main scenario quests? There is a new trial late in the quest line that has to be completed to use Duty Roulette: Trials.
