Fantasia not displayed with CE bonuses?

So, the preview for what would come with the CEs said a Fantasia was included, but looking at the website, they don't show up with the other mentioned items. Is this a bug, or did they change their minds and are no longer offering Fantasias with the CEs? Thanks.

The recently updated FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward teaser site confirms the Fantasia included with the Collector's Edition.
If it's missing on the store page, I'll work with them to have it updated! But rest assured, yes, a phial of Fantasia is included with the Collector's Edition.

I should have known better than to have bought that phial of Fantasia around Christmas time. I just new this was going to happen.
