Constant AppCrash error

I run the game on Windows 8 (but also can switch to W7) and constantly get this Appcrash error after like 4-5 mins in game(or get dc after log in).Need a solution how can i deal with this stuff becouse it starts to make me really mad.:mad::(

Still no answer to my question...well i didn't expect much from SE TS.Game is good its the 1st game i have seen so much problems/bugs/lags and ofc. gold sellers. Well then i presume i need to cancel my sub if no one gonna help resolve my problem.

P.S. Yes i know than no 1 gonna miss me so dont need to say it.

You should try going to the main site, finalfantasyxiv.com, choose your region and then click on the far right tab that says Help & Support, or whatever it does say in your native language. Somewhere in there will be a link to the customer support area where you can ask a question of the support staff. They'll be able to better help you.
