My friend 2 days can not get into the game. The launcher does not accept one time password. During this time, he wrote several letters to a support SE. Neither one of them he has not received a response.
Much to ask to community manager, if possible, a support hasten to answer. 2 days standby and the inability to enter the game - it is a very long time.
Have you tried contacting them through chat or phone?
Chat they are not currently available and as 2 days.
Chat and their phone systems are available Monday-friday 9am-6pm Pacific Time which as of this message being posted they still open for another 2 1/2 hours. If you need your security token unlinked email support will not help you with that only phone or chat will do that.
