Open World dungeons
I'd really like that dungeons areas are open (in addition to the normal dungeon "form" with duty finder), with normal monsters or even with FATES, notorious monsters or even bosses (like Odin or Behemoth).
Maybe you could even gather special items in it or drop equip specific from that dungeon.

This is something I miss from XI, how you could go into and explore dungeons when not doing a quest or anything and you could pass by other players when just killing random monsters.
With open dungeons it could add a couple more things to what we have already.
Such as: Normal level mobs to just kill. Depending on the area the dungeon is in different Disciple of the Lands could come in to get materials. Random Fates in different parts of the dungeon. And of course Notorious Monsters.
Not only that, but don't all dungeons have someone standing outside them? Maybe have them be able to give levequests for that dungeon to do as well?

I'd like this so long as they differentiate them somewhat form regular open areas. They'd need to have some purpose (in my opinion). In FFXI they existed, but there were few differences between dungeons and open world areas. Mostly they were 'inside', the spell 'escape' worked there, and there were coffers that could appear somewhere on teh map (and be opened with a key that dropped from certain enemies within). Outside of some quests and things that required you to go there and do something specific people just treated them like any other zone -- that is to say some were ignored almost completely and some were used heavily for experience camps (not something we have in XIV).
