PSA: Blinking Support Icon
I've found out how to get rid of it, but I'm not sure if it'll work for others.- Open Support Desk
- Open the GM replied you've received
- Hit Reply for that GM message
- Close the Reply window
- Close the Issue, this pop up window should appear in the middle of the GM message window
- Close the Issue again, this time the close window should appear in the middle of the screen

It seems to be an issue a lot of people are having but there hasn't been any response to it as of yet.
