    Steps: Shortly after logging in or coming out of an instance, I receive the message:
    "Your Support Desk query has been answered. To view the reply, access Recent Replies & Notices located under the Support Desk's Information tab."
    1. I have checked all the messages under Recent Replies & Notices including the history.
    2. GM call yielded nothing either. They suggested I post on the forums.
