Sync no more
I was reading through old forums looking at savage coil item level sync because I was interested in trying the fights in its most difficult form. I'm confused of why Turn 5 and Turn 9 must be beaten to challenge then next set but isn't applied to all turns. The simplest idea is to make end-game raid content as difficult as possible with never changing the difficulty and only advance to the next if you win the last. Its the only way there is a real challenge to these fights. This I do not see, just fights made easier and then if won can challenge it's original form after to get the same old gear again and no reward at all to advance to another fight cause you already did.

I'm not entirely sure what you are complaining about. Are you upset that savage coil doesn't have additional rewards? Are you upset that you have to beat the turns to unlock savage? Are you upset that they make outdated turns easier so people can progress to the later turns? None of those have to do with syncing of either item level or character level so I'm not sure where the title comes into play.
Just asking for a clarification of your grievances.

Ok, what makes the fights not challenging is the item level and changing of the fights. There should be no item level at all for coil and no advancement by skipping any fight, this would be the most difficult possible challenge and easiest way. Sync would not be needed or exist for end-game content.
