Spiritbonding Crafter AF
Does anyone have any guides on what to craft to spiritbond crafter AF? It's kind of a pain since only crafters can wear it which means I can't mass murder mobs for SB.
Which recipes are the most efficient (Time/mats-wise)?
Does the rate of spiritbond depend on if I actually craft the item or use quick synth? IE: does quick synth fill up the SB gauge slower since it's faster?
I wanna get into end-game crafting starting by turning my AF into materia. Any tips would be appreciated.

The AF isn't worth spiritbonding; you'll get a lower percentage of T4 per conversion, but more conversions with patrician's gear. In the end, T4 is around the same rate but you get more T3 with patrician's.
45-50 HQ gear with 2 junk materia in it takes around 160 one-star synths to fully bond.
0 Quality normal synthesis, HQ, quick synthesis, and failure all SB at the same rate.
Rate is determined by recipe level vs gear level. There's 5 different ranges for how much you get.- Recipe too low - you get no bonding
- Recipe minimum - I think this is 5-20 levels below gear level, you get a minimum about of SB
- Recipe around gear level - I think this is +/-4 levels from gear, each amount is different
- Recipe maximum - I think this is 5-20 levels above gear level, you are maxed on SB per synth
- Recipe too high - no bonding

So then what can I do with the AF? Toss it (ew) or maybe desynth it?

If you are close to sbing it I would recommend throwing it on for i70 recipes, macroing 1star mats or mass quick synthing 45 level mats. If not you can get grand company seals. Patricians gear is the way to crafting materia.

Durr! Forgot you can sell it for seals, thanks. I'm saving up cash to get a set of Artisan's gear. The OCD in me is angry there's no head for the ilvl 60 version.
