Accidentally purchased PC version of game

So when I tried to upgrade my account to collectors edition from Free Trial on the PS4 I accidentally selected Windows version... I've since purchased the PS4 version without refunding my accidental Windows purchase. Is there a way to refund me for this mistake? I haven't logged in on a pc yet and don't intend to if that changes anything... Thanks for reading.

I've tried. No luck finding a phone # anywhere.

I did the exact same thing about an hour and a half ago, I sent a ticket and am going to call first thing in the morning. I hope I can get a refund, I'll never be playing on PC anyway.

Oh I didn't realise this was already a thread, I'll delete my post. I sent a ticket as well, could you keep me abreast of your results? I'll do the same.

I did the same, anyone have any luck, I can't find contact info of any kind. It says right on the screen to transfer to regular service or buy it through the PSN, so I transferred because I already had the game open... like if it's going to be this much of a pain I may just hold the payment through visa.
