question about eternal bonding

my partner and I done the eternal bonding ceremony got our blank invites when the day came we were there right on time. but nothing happened. when we talked to the npc all she did was tell us we could set a reservation. but we had the invites so we already done that.

was both in party like they said both had on our wristlets and both had our blank invites. but at 6 pm time when we was susposed to be there the npc girl didn't give us any other options so was there something missing that we failed to do? any suggestions' I would be very grateful for.

was thinking that maybe the 20 minutes thing we didn't wait for?

Though I don't think you can make 2 reservations, it should reserve whoever picks one first.

Was 6pm your local time? Because it's in local time and not server time.
The 20 minutes thing, as far as I know, is the time you have to get in, so 6:20pm would be the last minute for you two to get inside.
