Cannot enter ceremony of eternal bonding

Me and my partner are having troubles entering the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding.
Our registration was scheduled this Tuesday morning at 2:00am.

What's happening is that every time we click the "Proceed to Ivory Chapel" for our separate dressing room, we automatically sent to the entrance of the Sanctum all over again. We equipped almost everything, finalized arrangements, and still nothing happened. 20 mins have passed and we're still stuck and the NPC is still on.

Update: We missed the ceremony; asking us to do reservations again...
More Info:
-Me and my partner live on the same timezone
-Arrived almost an hour early before the wedding to double check (Mrs NPC is still kicking us away from the chapel)
-We have our blank invitations in our Inventory

Both you and your partner have confirmed the ceremony's setting?
The one with music, flower/carpet color options. Just suggesting.

Yes. We completely 100% sure that we both have the similar settings.
We applied for standard plan so we only have few options

both?

only one of you needs to set the ceremony settings, whilst you are both in the party together (atleast, this is my understanding).

Dont post if your not sure about your *understanding*
You both can setup ceremony settings,and at the wedding you can choose to use your settings or your partner setting.

This seems to he a bug,we had the same issue,but the difference was I could enter and was send to seperate room,but partner was send to chapel with guests and automatically kicked out right away everytime she try proceed to start ceremony.

Only one of you NEEDS to set the ceremony settings.

Do not unnecessarily introduce potential for failure by trying to be 'smart' and duplicating the ceremony configuration.
