Equip Materia without crafting

Well i don't like crafting... I like to destroy!

Can i buy materia at the market and socket it into my gear without any crafting lvl???

I bought one maneria and i can't use it but it says that this is lvl 30 item. So when i'll hit lvl 30 i will be able to socket it into lvl 30 gear without any crafting lvl required?

Nope. Crafting is required to Materia Meld.

You can, however, have someone do it for you. As long as they're on the right craft you just right click them and hit "Request Meld", and as long as you have the materials its fine.
