I have been getting error 601 when trying to pay by card for over a year
Tried with all my cards, contacted my banks and there's no problems at their ends, tried with multiple web browsers with all plugins disabled. I have tried every single option that is suggested for this issue and nothing works. Now that paypal isn't an option for buying crysta with which to pay my bill the only choice I have is to buy timecards but I have legacy status so that means I am being forced to pay more than I would otherwise.
Square, your game is great but your payment system is a complete shambles and your customer service is even worse. Whenever other websites have had issues processing payments I can get in touch and have it sorted in days at the absolute most, to have an issue this large for over a year (and from what I've read I am far from the only person suffering from this) is utterly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of care for your customers.
I don't even hope to get a response from SE on this but even if I'm yelling into a vacuum it feels nice to get it said.
