Forums, Mods, and GMs. Oh my!

There have been an increasing number of posts from grieved players stating that GMs are directing them to the forums, while simultaneously, mods are posting messages directing players to the GMs.

Perhaps it would be helpful for all parties involved if everyone (players, and all Square Enix employees) received notification of specifically what GMs can and cannot handle.

Wild goose chases are bad for business. If everyone is on the same page, it will better facilitate resolutions.

Sorry, you're going to need to direct this post to the GMs.

Please start a party finder with a link to a lodestone blog post about your concern in the PF comments, and have a friend report the party finder to GMs through the in-game support.

But only if it's about glamours.
