Quick sound cut outs

Rarely I have sound cut outs in FFXIV where all sound completely cuts out for about a second, as if i hit mute and unmuted quickly. It only happens once then I don't see the problem again for a while. I am on ps4 and have seen this problem about once a month for the past couple months. Is this an issue anyone else is having with the game?

What are you using soundwise?

Headphones, hdmi surround system, tv? etc?

I'm using TV speakers

You might try changing the types of audio modes the PS4 sends to the tv to only 16bit/44khz
