PLD Seconday Stat Weights?

Could someone point me in the direction of where I can find PLD secondary stat weights?

If you're curious...
I've tried googling "PLD stat weights," "PLD secondary stat weights," and "How much does a Lalafell PLD weigh". After doing these searches, I tried to reading through as many posts, reddits, and guides to try and find PLD secondary stat weights, but I have come up empty handed.

Any help would be appreciated.

everyone here will tell you to get the required acc, then go det and crit. I dont agree, but meh.

Acc to cap
VIT to survive
STR > det > crit/parry/SS

WARs want 390ish or more SS for 9 GCD zerk.

Parry can be used for progression which is down to t13 already.

The true story is that Accuracy is the only Secondary Stat that actually matters for the purposes of being capable of doing raid content. Anything other than that won't affect your ability to successfully complete content at all, so don't worry about it. Really. Concentrate on Accuracy first and then have your fun picking your favorite secondary stats.

But, to be all serious and stuff, I'll just reiterate that the secondary stats you pick are whatever ones you want to pick. If you...

Want to do a bit more damage: Stack Crit and Det(Det > Crit, since Crit is based on chance and Det isn't).
Want to be a bit more survivable: Stack Parry.
Want to run out of TP: Stack Skill Speed(above 390 for WAR)

Just remember, the word "bit" is 100% true. All the secondary stats do is lean you a bit toward a particular direction. If you really want to do more damage as a Tank, look into melding accessories to give you both VIT and STR, as STR is the big daddy stat for making that weapon make bigger numbers. Or, if you're in a dinky little dungeon or something, just put on STR accessories. You won't need that happy HP number for anything but Coil anyway.

Donjo has pretty much hit the nail on the head here. I personally am stacking Det and Crit, but as he's said, it's a drop in the ocean when compared to your primary stats, where Strength makes the most difference by a long, long way (after Weapon Damage, of course).

When it comes to things like melding for your Novus, and also penta-melding accessories, it's also a matter of what resources you have available to you at the time. When I first did my Novus, I was still very much in the Vit and Parry camp and melded 44 Parry and 31 Accuracy. But since then, mainly due to Xeno's Warrior Guide which you can find here on the Forums, I've re-specced 30 Strength, and have remelded my Novus with 31 Det, 22 Crit and 22 Accuracy, but it wasn't cheap, especially when I failed 6 Det IV materias...

Really does come down to personal preference I think.

Accuracy to cap. Parry for mitigation. Determination for increasing enmity especially for Flash. You won't be needing Skill Speed or Critical since you're a static tank-utility machine. Having SS or critical won't do that much on higher progression unless you just want to mess and have fun.

Determination has no effect on Flash. All accounts point to it scaling off the "Attack Power" stat, of which only Strength directly increases.

Parry is ~0.076-0.078% per point, no "soft cap" of any sort, no tiering.
DEX is tiered just like STR is, the closest tier I could find was 210DEX (couldn't test lower b/c my stats weren't able to drop lower @50 and any testing sub-50 skews results) it seems to follow the same STR setup of ~40-41 points per tier. Next tier is 240-241.
DEX tiers are different per Parry and Blocking just as STR has different tiers for Parry and Blocking mitigation, but they're relatively close-by.
Each DEX tier like STR gives a flat +1% bonus to Blocking and/or Parry rates: 24.5% block rate becomes 25.5%, 19.22% Parry becomes 20.22%, etc.

A lot of tanks claim that parry is worthless and shouldn't even be considered. Someone in my FC mentioned before "it takes like 100 parry for a 1% increase". Sources mentioned above claims otherwise, but it's really outdated. Does anyone have more recent data?

A bit of Parry testing as a WAR(meaning no shields and therefore no rate dilution) and I can only hope that it was actually performed recently. These stats also support the notion that each point of Parry imparts about 0.075% rate, assuming a base Parry rate of 10%.
