House graphics fail to load when teleporting from Subsection to main Housing ward

Steps:
1. Log out of the game in the Lavender Beds Ward 1 Subsection (I was in front of my private house in Plot 45)
2. Close the Final Fantasy XIV client entirely
3. Log back into the game and stay in current zone
4. Teleport to Free Company estate in Lavender Beds Ward 1 (main section, Plot 21 in my case) using the "Teleport" menu
5. Graphics for all houses are missing, showing instead the red construction zone. Graphics for outside furnitures are loaded OK and are usable normally. Graphics for stabled Chocobos appear underground. "Entrance" point is still visible but cannot be activated as it is positionned too far inside the red zone.
Fixes:
Solution 1: Open the "Remodel Exterior" menu, House graphics are loaded correctly at that point (including all other houses)
Solution 2: Move or Teleport out of the zone, and back in (including going to and from Subsection)
Solution 3: Log out and back in to the game

- I have not noticed the bug happening when logging in from another zone in the game (for example: logging in in Coerthas, first teleporting to my Private House in the subsection, then teleporting to my FC house in the main ward). It seems to happen exclusively when logging in at the subsection and teleporting to the main ward directly.
