Unable to finish Main Story quest due to a crash after right Snowcloak

UPDATE: Issue seem to be resolved. I teleported to Coerthas and the cut-scene suddenly triggered. Thank you anyway, thread can be closed :)

Hey,

I've contacted support through the website, then I was directed to the Game Master Services and eventually instructed to post in the forums.

Date & Time: October 28, 2014 around 15:00-16:00 GMT+2

Frequency: Once

Character Name: Sezuke Stark

Race: Hyur M

World: Moogle

Class/Level: Paladin/50

Area and Coordinates: Snowcloak duty, not sure about the Coordinates, but it was at the Exit portal.

Party or Solo: Party, 4 members including me. Although it was at the end of the Duty, so other members might have already left the Duty.

NPC Name: None.

Monster Name: None.

In-Game Time: If you mean Server Time - then at around 01:00-02:00 PM

Steps:
1. Entered the Duty "Snowcloak" as part of the Main Story quest line - the part called "The Path of the Righteous".
2. Finished the Duty and clicked on the Exit portal.
3. Story cut-scene did not play, instead I got disconnected from the server.
4. When trying to log back into the game, I got the following error message:
"World data could not be obtained.
Please try logging in later."
5. After successfully logging in eventually, I was back in Ul'dah, where I registered for the Duty.
6. The quest is still on the part saying: "Use the Duty Finder to enter Snowcloak".
7. I tried doing Snowcloak again, the story cut-scene does not trigger, and the quest is stuck on the same step mentioned above. I am therefore unable to progress with the story.

Please let me know if you need any further information. Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
