Chocobo Stable & Personal Housing?

Anyone know if they can be placed on personal housing land?

Of course they can. It's the same setup, without needing a ranked FC to obtain, just gil.

Aye, its just a FC house without the FC. Everything works as with a FC house.

The airship is the only current exception I can possibly think of.

I think you can build it also in the personal houses. But you would need all DoH classes at level 50 (except Culinarian) and the master books for them. And many gil and time.

No one can build it so it's a moot point. It's not in the game yet.

You also can't add personal rooms (although the house is now personal har har..), or give other people permission to move/place furniture/plant seeds/fertilize.

Aren't the private chambers also another exclusive part of FC housing vs. personal housing? Unless I'm wrong, in which case that'd be very interesting.

Yagudo* quests tell me differently! Every ship part is best made in the roaring crackling oiled frying pan, for best results simmer at a low 5,778k and please look forward to it.

In line with the subject, you can have a stable in your house and also SE plans to add a choco stable to the GC (should have been done a while ago imo.. lol).
