This is Not "Personal" Housing.

Quite simply this is the ability to purchase a House as an individual without needing to meet the FC Rank 6 requirements.

Nowhere does this say it is "Personal Housing" realease in the Patch Notes.

Only that Individuals will now be able to purchase plots. Effectively removeing the Rank 6 Free Company requirement.

There is no reason to create another thread you're just spamming the forums.

Half the threads on the front page are people whining about the Housing, whether or not you want to argue that this is specifically "but it's not personal housing"

speaking of which, it's a house you buy and own for yourself, i.e. personally owned housing. ???

The main reason I see wrong with this system is that it utilizes the same wards as FC Housing, ON TOP of the fact FCs that have a house can have individual characters buy more plots... which is kind of silly.

I know Ragnarok's going to be completely full within 2 hours of 2.38 going live even with two extra wards.

I missed that in the Live Letter was going off the Patch Notes instead so I missed that. It does change things.

It's a house you buy for yourself.
If it's not "personal housing", what is it and what would the apparent "real" personal housing be?

He did clarify it in that link. This is personal housing.
My signature is showing the blatant lie that we were all told. Tricked into believing that housing would be far more affordable than it currently is.

I'm just going to save all the gil that I have now (For Housing) just in case they add housing in areas like Coerthas or Ishgard. I don't know if it's confirmed or if it's pure player speculation that there will be housing areas there but I rather be safe than sorry.
