A High Wind in Ishgard - isolator components

Am I the only one these things feel unreasonably hard to craft in HQ for? Even hyperconductor components, which use the same Detailing II Facility Access are a breeze to get in HQ basically every single time. And that's with lv50 crafter, in their appropriate "AF" gear - the quest itself is supposedly meant for lv16 classes. Yet I get about a dozen NQ before I can manage the three HQ, and that's a better case scenario. (There's actually one or two more such, but I can't recall the quest titles / item names right now.)

I fail to see the reason here, or am I doing something very wrong?

If you have Byregoth's blessing (lvl 50 carpenter skill I think) it will suddenly "unlock" after 3 or 4 fails. Or maybe it is me glitching somehow - but I have this thing happen every time that after 3 or 4 tries I get access to lvl 50 skills.

Rank 6 can give you three different facility "buffs", you should manually remove the ones you currently have before taking up the next craft or you might end up with low CP and no cross skills.

Even with i70 tool it's not garantee to get the 1300 quality needed to get 100% HQ on this, it's really not something a lv16 player can do. Some people in my FC just stopped doing rank 6 quests because of these quests remove CP and giving items with high quality to HQ.
