So I heard soemthign about a lottery

If I remember right wasn't the Cacutar Lottery supposed to be repeated as part of the anniversary?

it will be at Tokyo Game show which hasn't started yet. And it's not for cactuar/bomb earrings.

Okay now will it be exclusive for the TGS-goers or will it just be concurrent with the convention?

I believe the bomb earrings will return while SE debuts the Dodo Earrings.

Basically how it'll work.. They'll have an primal fight at the convention. The teams who win will have their leader draw a server name out of a hat. Whoever's server name is drawn gets the earrings. They will keep drawing server names as long as people win the fight.

That's how it works. When they did it the first time, every single server won and they had more people winning, so they added in bomb earrings too. And every server got those too.

All servers can get the rewards if people beat it enough. (Didn't that happen last time?)

Yes, Titan got beat so bad that they ran a second lottery, and they beat him some more. It was a sad day for Titan.
