Restricted worlds for world transfer service?

Edit: Not a problem any more. My guess is that it had to register that my character on the server I wanted to transfer to was deleted and that took some time.

I'm trying to transfer to Odin [EU] server, but it's not an option on the destination world list.

I made a character there to look around first, so I know the character creation isn't restricted either. Is there a list of the worlds currently down for transfer?

Or did I make a mistake when I made the character there? I just noticed that two other servers where I have characters are also not on the list. I deleted the character, of course, but does it take a while for it to register that I have no characters there?

I looked at the list and I'm pretty sure I meet all the requirements. But even so, if I didn't meet them, it wouldn't explain why only a few worlds aren't visible (like Odin and Kujata). Before I met the requirements I could still see the list of destination worlds.

Beginning to think it's because I made a character on that server, and getting worried it won't register that the character is deleted for a long time :(

Character creation and transfers get temporarily suspended when there are a lot of people online (it's based on current population rather than overall population. Your best bet is to try to make a character out of peak hours.

I made a character on that server since the last update, though. It looks like I still can, too.

Could someone do me a favor and look in the world destination dropdown menu and see if Odin is there for them, please?

Fixed. Took a while for it to register that my character was deleted, I guess.

Got worried since a server where I had another character weeks ago wasn't there either, but I guess that one is actually down :p
