Hunts were a terrible/irresponsible idea
People have been complaining about odin and behemoth lag since release.
And it is still an obvious problem that affects many people, especially on legacy servers.
So why would any dev think up a new system with 10 new odin/behemoths, with even better rewards?
I've been to 2 S-rank hunts so far (one i was essentially first one there), and both were so packed full of people that I couldn't see a thing. One caused my game to crash (and it pretty well never crashes)
Other hunts are farmed nearly non stop by multiple parties
And if you're a healer... well don't be a healer. If a group gangs up on a B and you are decked out in gear with cleric stance on, you still wont do enough damage to land more than 1 mark
Overall, this is one of the worst systems i have ever seen implemented into a game.
A massive spam and lag fest, for some of the most desired items.
Really unbalanced.
And generally boring. (unless you like mindlessly running around for 5 hours, which I admit can be fun in some circumstances)
Everyone asked for open world content. But I don't think this is what they meant.
At the least, lag and mob invisibility should have been fixed before implementing it.
Edit: just did an A-rank as an i99 healer, was there from the start, did as much dmg as i could... 2 allied seals
