Chocobo Reset Skill Info

i have an [Attacker]Lvl 10 Chocobo,
and i tried reseting the skills to see if you will get a different barding.
So after reseting my Chocobo`s Skill, i didnt lose the reward barding,
and when i maxed another tree(Tanker)
there was no new barding.

just gonna put this here for anyone to see.

Would like to hear from people with hibreed build who reseted if they got the reward barding?

In order to receive your first set of barding for your companion, you only need to reach rank 10. So if you have yet to receive your first set of barding, you can reallocate your points to the one you wish to obtain and then go retrieve it. However, to receive the second set of barding onward you will have to break the rank cap.

And yes, you'll be able to use all the barding you obtain. :)
