Ok, in the past you could use light strike as a pugilist to keep the evasion bonus active at all times. With the recast being so high, you now only have it up for 1/3rd of the time.
Considering pugilists are evasion tankers I think either the MP cost and the recast time should be lowered both by 2/3rds and the evasion time doubled to 20 seconds or keep the cast time and MP charge the same and as is and let the evasion bonus last 60 seconds.
Perhaps they felt it didn't need to be up at all times -shrugs-
Maybe balance it between that and featherfoot. Trying to have at least 1 up most of the time.
There is no way they will lower the recast timer on an additional TP gaining skill with a 0 action point cost to equip any further. They can probably increase the evasion bonus buff duration if they seriously want to since it does cost MP now but 60 seconds is clearly way too long to be considered fair. Pugilist is not in a great position to be complaining about this when looking at some of the skill changes made to the other classes made this patch.
