Pease help me , i upgraded for mistake to PS4 system and now i cant play in my PS3, i contacted to SONY for this issue and them cant do nothing i think the problem is the upgraded to PS4 i even dnt it have it yet , just my old PS3.Hope u can help me thanks.
When i try to play it say next error:
No valid service acount is available to play final fantasy xiv a realm reborn
In order to play final fantasy xiv a realm reborn you must first purchase the digital download from the playstation store or register a poduct code.
I just pay the current month yesterday saturday 31 may of 2014, i buy the game in november of last year in disc and even i download the digital version, i try to reinstallit several times but still shows same mesage of error.

You don't have a license to the PS3 version anymore if you upgraded to the PS4, even if you have a active sub for the game it will only allow you to play on the PS4 unless you buy another copy of the PS3 version then it will allow you to play on both systems cause it the serial number that allows you to play not the actual game data.

Unfortunatelly the upgrade process is irreversible so the only option would be to get another copy of PS3 version of the game (those are dirt cheap right now boxed £4 - £5 in UK) and register it to the same SE service account. This will give you "back" all your characters and progress and as a "bonus" also another 30 days of subscription.
