Building Limit Break
i read from some sources about how to build limit break, is this true?
Healer can "Generate limit break on healing a tank from critical health (~10% health). *After the healer heals a tank from critical damage, limit break is built continuously over time until the LB is used."
then, why we do not try it by from the very first the tank on purpose get hit and almost died, especially WAR using holmgang ( 1 HP supposed to be a critical health/ <10%). And for the rest of the game, the limit break will built upon use.
Or anybody has done this?

Because it's mostly irrelevant? Any action that gives you limit will continue to do so, with the exception of the scripted limit increases from killing Ifrit nails. Absolutely zero reason to put the tank in even a slight amount of risk when the gains are entirely marginal.

You may be miss interpreting the statements that are separate from each other. The below are all individual items.
When engaged the lb always fills at a consistent rate depending on how many party buffs you have.
Any damage mitigation or returning status above critical generates roughly5% assuming you don't die in the process of a lb bar (parry, block, heal)
Any interruption of enemy abilities not caused by los generates roughly 5% of a lb bar (ie stunning eruption, silencing high voltage)
I'm sure there are a few others as well. The reason why its not done usually is because unless you have to have the lb at a specific point it is as stated its risky and if done wrong is a net dps loss. Assuming you do 25k dmg with an lb3 each event giving 1.66% of all 3 bars you get a flat gain of 415 dmg an event. If the person dies it takes roughly 8 sec (being generous) to get them up to speed again. So you need to get 4 events in to make up the difference in dps loss if the tank is pulling 200, not factoring in the loss of any healer gcds used to get them back up, and any tactical disadvantages.
