Turn 1 Second Coil of Bahamut Unable to receive loot

Completed Turn 1 the Second Coil of Bahamut last night, dropped High Allagan Boots of Aiming and High Allagan Circlet of Fending

Since I am the only Bard in the team, loot automatically goes to me. I rolled need and all my team mates clicked passed. However, did not receive loot for the Aiming Boots (the Fending Circlet was fine), and the notification "unable to receive loot" appeared.

Steps:
Everyone passed the loot while I rolled need, did not receive the loot and we saw the "unable to receive loot" notification.

Did you exit to the staging area before it actually dropped?
Did you have free inventory/armoury chest slots?

Everyone cast their lots (which is all pass other than the 2 persons designated to receive the loots) while in the turn itself, saw the Circlet of Fending issued out but not the Aiming Boots.

Nah I always have more than enough slots in my armory chest. :(

Do you already had one by chance? As you can't have two.
