Turn 4 Coil of Bahamut Unable to receive loot

Completed Turn 4 of Coil this evening, was unable to obtain Allagan bracelets of fending.

Loot was intended to go to me (Roxa Claire), other tank had already passed (Illivatur Ragnarok)

Steps:
Had everyone in party press "pass" I had needed, loot was never distributed. Finally came up as "Unable to obtain Item"

I played FFXI for 7 years of dedicated service and only had a few times where loot dropping was an issue. The GMs on there were nice enough to get back with us in a timely manner and even help with the item that failed to work. Seeing as how we pay for a service and we expect it to work; When it doesn't work, it should not be the consumer who suffers, this is an issue that should be addressed. Not just on an individual level, but on a server wide level. Loot is the reason people play end-game, when it goes to the floor there is a very large dissatisfaction that goes with it.


Any GM that could address my fellow raiders issue would be greatly appreciated.

They are aware of the issue and already submitted the information to the development team. So lets hope that during the next maintenance that they fix this problem.
