Bowl of Embers (Hard) not in duty finder?

According the journal I can access this through duty finder but I can't. The journal does not mention where to go, it just tells me to do the trial... I have heard people say you need to accept some quest and attune to some purple crystal, none of them explained where I had to go exactly, it's like they all assumed I would know the name of the quest and the locations...

After finishing "The Ultimate Weapon" (2.0 last MSQ), go to the Waking Sands, speak to Urianger and accept "A recurring problem". After that, you should get the "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It" quest, which will have you attune to an Aetheryte in Southern Thanalan to unlock the trial in DF

Try to keep the "A Relic Reborn" quest and the "Chronicles of a new era" quest line on par with each other, since they both will have you running the HM Primals, you can easily kill two birds with one stone.
