No Valid Service Account (PS4)

I received my copy of Realm Reborn today and every time I try to access the game, I get the message 'No Valid Service Account'. I didn't receive an early access code, so I thought perhaps its because the games official release is Monday on PS4. I figured the servers are already in place though. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've played both Beta phase 1, and Phase 2 and used the registration code in the box for the PS Store and the Square Enix EU website.

Any idea what the problem could be, or a potential work around? I'm stumped.

I have the same problem pokogirl, but im almost 100% sure its because the code in the box only becomes active once its monday. So im afraid you will have to look at the game in the shelf staring back :D just like me. Try it again on monday morning and everything will most likely work fine.

Thank you Major_Sheppard_ I was starting to worry that I had somehow acquired a 'dud' copy of the game.
