No Valid Service Account (PS4)

I received my copy of Realm Reborn today and every time I try to access the game, I get the message 'No Valid Service Account'. I didn't receive an early access code, so I thought perhaps its because the games official release is Monday on PS4. I figured the servers are already in place though. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've played both Beta phase 1, and Phase 2 and used the registration code in the box for the PS Store and the Square Enix EU website.

Any idea what the problem could be, or a potential work around? I'm stumped.

I have the same problem pokogirl, but im almost 100% sure its because the code in the box only becomes active once its monday. So im afraid you will have to look at the game in the shelf staring back just like me. Try it again on monday morning and everything will most likely work fine.

Thank you Major_Sheppard_ I was starting to worry that I had somehow acquired a 'dud' copy of the game.
