Can I ask why a level 30 is required to complete chapter 2 when the site clearly says 15 and up (Unless I am reading it wrong)? It says it below Chapters 2,3 & 4. No one seems to want to help on my server and it's a little frustrating :(

If it's anything like the Lightning event was, 15 was the first "chapter" and each subsequent chapter after had an increasing level requirement
I know how you feel, I spent hours earlier trying to find someone to help me but that's didn't happen.
