    Nothing to Yolk About Cap Issue

    Can I ask why a level 30 is required to complete chapter 2 when the site clearly says 15 and up (Unless I am reading it wrong)? It says it below Chapters 2,3 & 4. No one seems to want to help on my server and it's a little frustrating
