Black screen with loading icon for 5 minutes AFTER disconnection happened

Hi guys, i wonder if i am the only one facing this problem. When i join a dungeon, everything is working fine, including loading towards the dungeon. But when i disconnected, and i rejoin the dungeon, it took me at least 3 to 5 minutes with a black screen and loading icon on the lower right screen. It only happened when i suddenly got disconnected from the server. Any kind souls to help me?
One thing i noticed when it is in black screen and loading icon is i can hear sound of the characters behind. I can hear they laugh, i can hear they jump and even attack the monster,boss and etc.
