White screen crash, reboot while gaming

it only happens with this game. I ran Furmark for 3 hours stress testing my system and no crashes. I ran Prime to stress test my cpu and no problems either. I did a test of my ram and it came fine. I checked then event log and it said that the driver stopped responding and recovered. So i reinstalled the game just in case. It happened anyways.

I also checked my temperatures to make sure is not overheating. I'm using the latest drivers from nvidia.

My specs:

Intel core i5-2500k CPU@ 3.30GHz
8.00 GB Ram
Windows 8.1 64 bit
Nvidia Gforce GTX 670 driver version 334.89

(new drivers were just released. Will try with those and see what happens..)

My 1st thought was that my power supply may be defective. But performing the stress test on the system proved me wrong on that. Will be testing new driver and go from there. But if this keeps happening i'm deleting the account since i already stopped the subscription.

scratch what i said , it happened again. Bummer such a nice game.... oh well moving on to another one then.

I have solved my problem and wanted to share this in case other players are having issues while playing the game. I followed the instructions on this link: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-...m-Error/#step0

If your nvidia driver has issues where it fails and recovers this link has some useful information.

It seems that my issue was with the power option settings where it was in power saving mode. I switched it to maximum performance and I played tested the game for 8 hours with no crashes at all. (knock on wood)

No idea why since other games did not cause this issue only this one. But oh well know i'm a happy camper.

Ok my issue started again. I contacted evga and they said that if this game is the only thing that causes issues with my system then is likely the game. Already canceled the subscription at least i got a character to lvl 50. I did stability testing in my system with Furmark, memtest+86, and prime. No crashes happened while testing. I ran other games that I have and are more instensive in graphics and no crashes either. I also lowered the graphic settings of the game to run it and see. And while running amador keep on second boss i got the black screen, no rebbot happened, i had to restart the PC manually.

I contacted squere Enix for support and all i got was a generic response. None of the things that they advised worked on my pc.
